Meet Carol Bjorn

My name is Carol Bjorn, and I discovered Qi Gong about 8 years ago. Although I was initially drawn to the practice, I did not fully immerse myself in the practice until 2020. When I fully committed to practicing Qi Gong multiple times a week, I noticed many benefits. For example, I had been regularly seeing a cranial sacral practitioner every two weeks. After regularly practicing Qi Gong, I no longer needed to continue with those sessions. Also, I noticed that I was able to build strength in my legs and arms with Qi Gong! Overall, I felt better, and the practice provided a place for me to transform stress into vitality!

Because my Qi Gong experience was so positive, I naturally desire to share Qi Gong with others! I provide in-person classes and zoom classes as well as private sessions.
